Ambassador program
The Brazilian Reproducibility Network Ambassador Program is currently the only way for individual members to join. The first call for applications was opened in July 2024, and annual calls for new ambassadors are planned. Goals of the program

Permitir a participação de indivíduos como membros da RBR.

Criar uma comunidade de pesquisadores comprometidos com a promoção da reprodutibilidade científica.

Capilarizar a presença da RBR em diferentes regiões do país.

Expandir as atividades da RBR de acordo com especificidades de área de pesquisa.

How does it work?

The ambassadors will have 12 months to develop activities to promote reproducibility in their communities: these can be metascience projects, educational activities, community building, among others.

We will meet every month to support the activities and exchange experiences, in addition to having an exclusive channel on Zulip for cooperation between ambassadors.

The activities will start with an in-person event: we will meet from December 2 to 4, 2024, in Rio de Janeiro to get to know each other, plan the activities in detail, and discuss reproducibility and related topics. RBR will finance travel and accommodation for the selected participants.
